DeenHabits is a mobile application designed to help Muslims build and maintain Islamic habits, including prayer tracking, dhikr reminders, and other spiritual practices. The App provides:

• Prayer time calculations based on your location
• Habit tracking with a progressive unlock system
• Notifications and reminders
• Multi-language support (English, Dutch, Bosnian)

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DeenHabits, you agree to:

• Use the App for its intended purpose of tracking Islamic habits
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Verify prayer times with local Islamic authorities when necessary

4. Prayer Time Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate prayer times, DeenHabits should be used as a helpful tool and not as the sole source for prayer times. We recommend verifying times with your local mosque or Islamic center, especially during significant religious occasions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DeenHabits, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of HubiConnect and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DeenHabits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubiConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
